4.0We were under the impression that it had a river view by the pictures.. You could hear full conversations of the neighbors as it was a lock off. The mattress was foam and had many holes in the foam no mattress pad, and terribly uncomfortable!!! We saw the holes because the instructions told us we had to strip the bedding when we were through. All the furniture and mattress were from a second hand store or estate sale as we saw price tags. We were very disappointed especially due to the price we were charged.
