Ok for the price

Overall a good stay for the price. I would’ve given 3 stars instead of 4 except the price is so much better than other options in the area. A few simple things could make this a 5 star review but without them have me inclined to leave 3 stars. One would be a new mattress, the current mattress is an old box spring that sags in the middle with a thin feather mat on top (that does nothing to help) and is just soooo uncomfortable. The second would be new sheets. There was a musty mildew smell on the sheets that was incredibly unappealing. These two changes would make for a much better stay and sleep quality. For those of you sensitive to noise, the upstairs neighbor has a lead foot and is very loud. Including at 4am.
