6.0Directions of lock box and apartment was very good. Location was excellent All appliances seemed to work ok
− Car parking number was given but already in use Not much storage in apartment The plug in the bath was blocked One of the bathroom light did not work There was hair everywhere in the apartment and it didn’t feel very clean I did email but no response
Overall good but more attention to detail is needed

− Balcony and balcony furniture was covered in bird poo and unusable. ( nothing was done about this when I complained) No toilet paper holder or toilet roll No grab handles in the shower No tea cloths Broken lids to saucepans Missing cutlery No bread knife Another car was in our parking place Nowhere to put clothes in the bathroom - no hook on the door or stool Work area was very small, only suitable for a child Some dining chairs were very wobbly Access via main entrance was not working Corridor lighting was not working when we first arrived

− A little noisy from traffic, which could be shut out by closing the window. Closing the windows made it quite warm but otherwise couldn't fault it.
