− I arrived and the host cancelled 1 and a half hour wait at the door waiting for the lock code Booking.com said they could relocate me the next day. Missed my gig which cost £250 for 2 nights. At least I see them for 1 night. The host should not be able to cancel after you've arrived. Disabled, left stranded in London. Booking.com kept saying they would call back but never did.
