Centrally located 2 mins walk from Paddington Station, so super convenient to get around London on the tube or hop on the train out to the airport. If you're looking for a place to stay as a "hub" and you plan to do day trips or lots of sightseeing across London, this would be perfect for you because it's *literally* right around the corner from Paddington. Loads of shops, restaurants, pubs, and grocery/convenience stores within walking distance as well! Cute main living area and patio, and kitchen was stocked with dishes & basic necessities like bin bags, dishwasher pods, tea & coffee, etc. It was great for a 2-3 night stay where we were out & about during most of the daytime. Plenty of clean towels, extra linens, and toiletries were provided!

− The apartment entrance is located beneath ground floor down a set of steep stairs - it would have been nice to know this upon booking, as I had a very heavy suitcase and it was troublesome getting it up and down the stairs by myself. The window in the main bedroom also looks directly out to the apartment entrance and the street, so you will probably want to keep the curtain down the entire time. The apartment has no AC (I do want to note that AC is not included on the listing and isn't common in apartments in the UK, so it's not necessarily a problem - but just a heads up when booking if you're from the US and used to the expectation of AC everywhere), but there were plenty of fans provided in the space. The "second bedroom" is pretty small - there's a small wardrobe and shelves on the wall, but it's pretty much just a bed cramped into the room. There's also 2 bathrooms, but 1 of the bathrooms is only a toilet and a sink, so only 1 shower! I am probably being extra picky because I am someone who usually books hotels instead of apartments, but these are specific things I would want to know prior to booking again so I could plan accordingly!

We paid extra to be allowed in 2 hours early, but were not given the lock box code at 11am as promised. We had to call to get it and reminded the host about the early entry. Lock box code never was emailed or messaged. Drippy faucet in the kitchen area was fixed promptly. The host takes service complaints very seriously and responded promptly. The apartment was great once we got in. It is a basement apartment and you need to go down spiral stairs with suitcases to get in. Apartment was clean and spacious. Fabulous location and easy to get everywhere that we wanted to go. Sainsbury was INSIDE Paddington station and GPS directions are not good in that situation. The microwave was not used as even my husband at 5'10" was too short to see the controls without standing on a chair. Gas stove worked nicely. Cabinets are set very high and you need to be at least 5'10 to reach the first level of a cabinet. A short step stool would be helpful for shorter travelers.

− A host manual with explanations on how to use the clothes washer, recommended area restaurants, explicit directions to the nearest grocery would have been nice. Clothes washer door was stuck shut but Google AI gave us good directions on how to unstick it.

schnelle, moderne, freundliche Kommunikation mit dem Anbieter- top, super Lage 4 Minuten zum Bahnhof, transparenter Check in, genug Platz für 3 Personen, super Küchenausstattung, Handtücher, Föhn u. Bettwäsche vor Ort, hätten sogar Wäsche waschen können, Londoner Wohnung ist Altbau- Holzdielen, wir mögen das, Ventilatoren, Lüfter- es waren mega heiße 34 Grad, 2. WC

− nichts- höchstens kleine Verbesserungsvorschläge: vlt. wäre ein Hinweis gut, dass diese Wohnung NICHT geeignet ist für Leute, die nicht gut zu Fuß sind, da es eine typische schmale Treppe zum Kellergeschoss hinunter geht, keine Klimaanlage- ist ja auch kein Hotel, Bad ist mit Badewanne, in welcher man duschen kann, vlt. wäre ein Haltegriff an der Wand ne gute Idee, das kleine Zimmer mit dem Bett ist nichts für lange Menschen- hier schlief unsere Tochter, also für uns toppi, die kleine Terrasse schließt direkt an die nicht einsehbaren Fenster der Nachbarwohnung, wen es stört, hätten wir noch n bissel sauber machen müssen zum sitzen- hatten keine Lust;-) andere Stecker zum Strom!

− Není to nic co by dojem z pobytu kazilo, jen z fotek není patrné, že byt je umístěn pod úrovní ulice.

yes very near to paddington station just 5 minutes around the corner to the Heathrow Airport …LOVE IT ! no problem if you have many big bags like us 🤩 my kids love this house. the washing machine and dryer helps me lots to clean up the dirty cloths.there also has kithchen and has big fridge. very near to Hyde Park, Oxford street and tourist attractions. just walking distance. I love it because halal food is everywhere especially Melur Restaurant & Putera Putri Restaurant. LOVE it!

− got a musty smell from the hall…need to fresh up the odour.
