Overall, I was very happy with my stay, apart from the housekeeping issues.
9.0I’ve stayed at citizenM hotels in different countries, and I was pleasantly surprised by how spacious the room was at citizenM Isola Tiberina Rome. The location was excellent, and the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. I’ve always loved citizenM for its great locations and value for money, and overall, I really enjoyed my stay here.
− Housekeeping was definitely the biggest disappointment. Getting the room cleaned felt more complicated than it should be, especially having to request it through the iPad. One evening, I accidentally got something on the bedsheets and wanted them changed, but there was nobody available to help. I've noticed that housekeeping standards at citizenM have declined over the past few years. The iPad system also feels outdated, slow and unreliable, and could really use an upgrade. It's a shame because I genuinely love this hotel brand. Overall, I was very happy with my stay, apart from the housekeeping issues.

7.0The location of the hotel is close Colosseum, Forman Forum, Capitoline hill , Aventino hill etc. The hotel had a modern decor and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
− The room was very small. We had read the specifications of the room but didn’t fully comprehend exactly how small it was until we were there, trying to move about in the room with our luggage.

Excellent and pleasant hotel experience in Rome
10.0Everything was really excellent in this hotel and I had a pleasant experience including the hotel manager, staff, breakfast, bar/café, cleaning, location, etc.
