− ティッシュペーパーと使い捨てのスリッパ、歯ブラシが備え付けてあれば完璧でした。それらは自分たちで買ってきて滞在中はそれを使いました。駅の近くのＫマートで安く買えました。

A brief description of the building's exterior would help guests avoid confusion upon arrival - The living room has only a single sheer curtain, making it nearly impossible to sleep in. An additional blackout curtain would be a welcome improvement - As this is an apartment building with no reception, early arrivals have no option to drop off luggage as you would at a hotel. While staff did provide a paid luggage storage location via SMS, having to carry luggage there, then return after check-in time, is genuinely inconvenient and adds unnecessary stress to the arrival experience - The room rate does not include cleaning services — guests are responsible for cleaning, taking out the rubbish, doing the dishes, and there are no fresh linen or towel changes. For a short 3–5 night stay this may be manageable, but for a 10-night stay it becomes a significant drawback. Personally, as someone with high standards of cleanliness, I managed fine — but I wonder how many guests would do the same. If you opt for a cleaning service, the additional cost could push the total above that of a comparable hotel, making the value proposition questionable - With no on-site staff and no 24-hour support, any issues that arise late at night must wait until the next morning for an SMS response **Overall**, there were no major issues and the stay was largely pleasant.
