Nice rooms well situated to attractions but run down location.
7.0The room itself was good and located close to my favourite part of Split. Comfy bed, air con and good bathroom.
− The surrounding area is like a Ghetto with abandoned vehicles, graffiti and a very scruffy lead in to the building. Despite the rooms being nice, the corridors carry noise which we found very disturbing in the early hours of the morning.

10.0We had a wonderful stay at Irini Luxury Rooms in Split. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city and within walking distance of everything. The room was very comfortable and beautifully maintained, and the breakfast was excellent. The hosts were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. We were completely satisfied and would gladly stay here again.
