− I reserved a king size handicapped because I needed a walk in shower and a lower bed. When I got there he said he had 2 queens which the bed was way too high. I had to crawl up on a chair to get on and I had a hard time getting into the bathtub and couldn't figure out how to turn on the shower.
I didn't feel safe in the room that we were given

− The door wouldn't hardly close, dead bolt didn't work. We had to put a big table in front of door in case someone wanted to come in. There was a hole in the wall, didn't know if it went all the way through to the other room or not. The staff didn't act like they knew what they were doing.
