Very nice hotel and exceptional staff
10.0The hotel was clean. Staff were exceptional. Location was perfect as it was very close to the Union Street subway station. We requested for late checkout and our request was immediately accepted. Nice healthy breakfast. Gym was very basic but acceptable. Overall our experience of staying at this hotel was really good. Would definitely stay again at this hotel if I ever go back to NYC again.
