8.0Comfortable room, good equipped kitchen, good location.
− Be careful with late/early check in. Reception is not working 24/7, however support promised it in booking messages. For self check-in you need to receive a link from them, but booking delete links from messages. So another channel needs to be set (email, WhatsApp) This was a reason I slept in a lobby, thanks to security guy who let me in.
Friendly staff, nice room, plenty of extras.
10.0Our room was great with a refrigerator, microwave, water kettle, nice bathroom, comfortable bed, & cool view. There were plenty of free snacks in the common area, laundry facilities, a fitness space and more. The hotel also was in a perfect location for our trip to St. Paul. Most of all, the staff was really friendly & helpful throughout our stay. We felt welcome from the moment we walked through the door.
After confirmation, Sonder will reach out to guests through a secure link to gather some information regarding their stay. Sonder may require the guest to provide a photo of their government issued photo ID. Guests will receive check in details from property management three days prior to arrival. Please note the layout, furniture, and decor of your space may vary from these photos. There is no cable. We have provided a Roku for streaming. Air conditioning is only available in the summer months. You may hear construction noise from renovations nearby. Sonder offers all guests the ability to book housekeeping services on demand for a nominal fee. This ensures you can enjoy an uninterrupted and environmentally sustainable stay.
