− Charged for SERVICE dog my child who had hip surgery had to climb stairs and the room was dirty

1.0Nothing. Breakfast was meh and the overall atmosphere was not great.
− The rooms were not ready when we got there. They checked us in, said the room was ready, it was not. We left our stuff, they said our room would be done when we got back and it still was not, 5 hours later. This hotel was a mess. Not enough staff, no clean rooms and just an overall disappointment.
