8.0Excelente trato de Luis, muy amable, muy rapido para dar atencion y soluciones si necesitas ayuda. El establecimiento esta muy a gusto y limpio. La habitacion era un poco mas grande de lo que esperaba y tenia refri.
− Cuando llegué , la señora que creo es la encargada del hotel, le hablo grosera a Luis, el de la recepción mientras Luis me daba atención. Un trato así frente a un huesped que acaba de llegar es de muy mal gusto y deja muy mal sabor también. Uno esta ahi de vacaciones para pasarla bien no para que lo pongan incomodo, y todo nomas porque la seniora tenia hambre y se queria ir a comer y lo apuraba a Luis que me estaba atendiendo a mi para hacerme el chek in!

Séjour incroyable, logement spacieux et parfaitement situé
10.0Séjour incroyable, gros coup de cœur pour Holbox et un grand merci au réceptionniste pour ses bons conseils, sa disponibilité, ses services, il s’est occupé de nous livrer des vélos, faire venir un taxi. Superbe emplacement pour aller à pied à la plage de Punta coco et des flamants roses et piscine incroyable.
Exelente lugar si regreso claro que regreso ahi
