− Os funcionários eram muito mal educados. Minha amiga, recebeu uma raquete de tênis por delivery e o hotel não conseguiu encontrar. Como se não bastasse, foram muito mal educados ao atende lá, sendo que ela tinha provas que havia sido entregue. Adicionalmente o serviço de valet, demorava muito para pegar o carro, mesmo avisando com antecedência.
