Two balconies

− It was dirty…especially the laundry room where a cheap filter is used on the vent so be careful when you turn on the dryer, you get a face full of debris shooting out at you! The communication between book it and the property manager was very confusing and misleading All of the beach accessories that we were able to use were ready for the trash…both of the umbrellas were broken, the wagon is old, rusty, and wobbly making beach day difficult! Every closet was used for storage and WAS NOT organized…it looked awful! The owners need to clean organize, and invest a little on beach accessories, if they expect top market value rent!!

Our family of 5 had a great time and enjoyed the condo. There are two balconies, one with ocean view, the other overlooks the pool and tennis court. The unit was clean and nice.

− The dryer vents humid warm air into the unit not to the outside, also, the oven wasn't working but we just unplugged and plugged back in and it worked fine after that.

We love the room it was very clean and accommodating to all our needs. I will say that the walk to the beach was the only negative we had. It was farther than we had expected.
