− First of all, other guests were really really loud especially late night.... and this lead to un unpleasant stay. But that's not really the problem here. We had the doubt that someone entered our apartment once... because we found the AC and the TV turned off when we clearly left them on. But that's.... you know, strange but somewhat acceptable, maybe the maid or cleaning lady came in and turned it off for some reason. But on our last night, at 8 in the morning, while we were in bed, A GUEST opened the door using the code YOU provided them. She was an african american lady claiming she asked for early check in and YOU granted it to her. THIS IS UNAMMISABLE. First of all, the entry code should be changed at every guest's stay. Because it's not safe to stay in a room that allows access to any previous guest. Second, you should NOT give the arrival guest the access code before the room has been cleaned and checked by your staff. This is ridiculous, dangerous and unmissable. Our safety and privacy were put at risk and I do not intend to tolerate any of this.
