10.0The location is excellent, right next to a whole street of cafes, local dining options. Only shame was that there's construction going on next door, which starts at 8 ends at 5pm. If you're the get up early and head out type, then yes, this is the place to be. Rooms and clean, bright and airy. Minimalist style renovation.

10.0Great location, near to lots of food, weekend Sunday market and well located in the middle of Old Phuket Town. Room was clean, well equipped with necessities and hot bathing water. The staffs were friendly and efficient! A slight feedback would be that maybe a disposable toothbrush and toothpaste could be provided.

Construction is underway at a neighboring building and there may be noise disturbance from the construction work.
