The property is very well located but need an update desperately.
7.0The property is very well located close to the beach. There are plenty of restaurants and markets close by as well. The customer service is very helpful and attentive.
− The fact the apartment is manage by a third party make everything very complicated the keys to the apartment and parking lot do not work so they have to change the code to be able to get in. Also, the A/C does not work we spent the first night sweating bullets until the next day in the afternoon where it was fix. They property required an update really bad.

− The furniture is too old
It was a perfect location and the condo was beautiful!

− The elevator was a little scary with the slight drop when you step in. It made strange noises also.

All good but we will look for a place with more access to the pool after dusk.

− It is dark outside with very little lighting in the parking lot and towards the beach. And the swimming pool has very limited hours by closing at dusk.
