Carpets were stained and dirty, left our socks and feet dirty. Also need to upgrade the toilet paper

It was super cute and mostly clean. There were some long hairs connected to ‘clean’ towels that we laundered. The communication (once there) was wonderful and the provided dishes and cooking supplies (pots and pans, pan spray, salt, pepper and other spices, coffee, tea, oil, etc.) were plentiful. The communication prior was lack luster as I had no idea what exactly we needed to bring. Dishwasher and laundry soap were provided along with towels, wash clothes, shampoo, and soap. However, there was no lotion or pool towels. Knowing what exactly was there, would have helped me a ton with packing. My biggest complaint (other than hair on the towels) was the horribly cheap toilet paper.

Spacious and liked having two bedrooms with their own bathrooms. Didn’t care for the upstairs noise of our neighbors walking around or the sound of their shower running.
