It was nice, room was clean, bathroom was good. And Staff provided us with what we asked for.

Excellent hotel location and decent room
6.0I stayed three nights at the hotel. The room was decent and comfy, friendly and welcoming staff. Excellent location only 3 min walk from Taksim Square. Very central with shops and restaurants at only walking distance. Close to main transportations. However I couldn’t sleep at all because the room was not soundproof and you could hear the noise from street cars, live music coming from nearby bars and restaurants as well as the drunk people. I will definitely recommend it to whoever is not bothered by the night noise!

2.0The hotel was very dirty and did not come to clean the room or take trash except two times. We stayed there for 12 nights. I would love to upload pictures so you could see there’s no options here available.

6.0They threw away my new shoes that I had forgotten. A professional hotel would have waited at least a day. By the evening, it was too late. Strange! The reception staff is really great and were not informed of my shoes. Comfortable beds but the bathroom is really too small. No lights on the balcony.
