الشقة ممتازة ونظيفة وهي خيار ممتاز في إسطنبول لمحبي الشقق والمطبخ متكامل بالفرن والأدوات وموقعها حلو وفيها خدمة تنظيف فيها استقبال ومصعد والخدمات قريبة وإطلالة السطح جميلة المواقف متوفرة تبعد عن جامع الفاتح 15 دقيقة مشي وسوق أمينينو 15 دقيقة مشي وسوق بايزيد 20 دقيقة مشي الموظف عبدالرحمن اليمني رائع ومتعاون وخدوم الله يجزاه خير ويبارك فيه

− بعدها نوعاً ما عن المواصلات العامة الترام في بايزيد 18 دقيقة مشي الباصات قريبة 3 دقائق مشي لكن ممكن تطلب تاكسي أو أوبر وصوله سهل جداً لكن مشكلته غلاء السعر
