4.0نظيفة الصراحة المواقف موجودة قريبة من جواهر مول
− الاستقبال كان سيئ جدا الدخول من 12 وما دخلنا الا قريب 3 كنت حاجز عندهم لما ارجع من اوزنجول ولكن كنسلت الحجز مما رأيته من تعامل موظف الاستقبال الغرفة صغيرة جدا ولا يوجد شباك جانبي ويوجد بها شباك يفت الى اعلي يخل من خلاله الضوء لا يوجد مناديل الافطار بوفيه لكن فقير والاومليت تدفع مبلغ إضافي اذا تريده بعيد عن ميدان طرابزون مصعد واحد وبطيء

− الفطور وموظفي الفطور غير محترمين جدا اخلاقكم غير جيده وقد تم ضرب ولدي في الالعاب من قبل موظفي الفطور وللاسف ماقدرت اخذ حقي منهم لنه هرب لا انصح فيه اطلااااااق
