9.0Perfect location. A quiet street, close to the tram that takes you to the old city, Bosphor and Topkapi. Many small shops and restaurants with local food close to the apartment. A big shopping mall close to the apartment. It was easy to communicate with the owner in English.

8.0The first thing that we liked is place of the apartment. It is 5 minutes walk from tram station where line T1 goes, that carries to Sultanahmed, Eminonu, Karakoy areas. The house is renovated, there are a few shops and restaurants nearby. The appartment is spacious, has 2 bathrooms that is a great plus, there's a washing machine. The heating is working very well. One more very positive thing - a very helpful host, quickly responding to our requests.
− There are several minuses there - apartment is a bit outdated, there's a smoke smell, especially in the living room. Could be cleaned better. A strange thing is though appartment is for 6, but there were only 3 big plates and 3 small plates, 3 spoons, 3 bowls, no teaspoons, no bigger knife for bread (requested that and it was brought the next day). Also there were no blankets for sofa beds (host brought one later in the evening). The shower head was a bit broken in one of the bathrooms, the shower door didn't close properly. So there is space for improvement, but on the overall, we enjoyed our stay here.
