Chaos
6.0Clean room
− - chaotic bill situation, still waiting for the email with my bill paid more than a week ago - gym closed - inflexible (pay breakfast, then have it) - noise travels
Fine for a short trip.
7.0Proximity to transport link and a good breakfast.
− Lack of a bar for a drink on your return, no tea or coffee facilities provided in the room. Only had 2 paper cups in our room to use if you wanted to bring a drink back. Our room wasn’t cleaned during our stay although we were only staying 3 nights.
Guest review
8.0Excellent setting, very convenient for transport and everything. The hotel was comfortable and the staff were very friendly. Breakfast was very nice and good selection.
− The only drawback for me was the absence of plain tea for breakfast- only herbal options available...
Schickes Hotel, aber bitte nur Zimmer zur Straße benutzen.
8.0Ein wirklich sehr schönes Hotel in gepflegten Zustand bzw. sehr neu.
− Die Schalldämmung zur S-Bahn. Die rückseitigen Zimmer sind wirklich laut. Das können andere Hotels in Berlin besser.
