Unschlagbare Aussicht

Mit dem Charme der früheren Jahre alt geworden. Aber der Charme ist noch immee vorhanden. Liebevoll Weihnachtlich geschmückt, ein sehr freundliches, aufmerksames Personal. Tolles Frühstück, tolle Zimmer. Hier und da fehlte ein neuer Anstrich, aber bei dem Handwerkermangel kann man verstehen warum es hier und da nicht ganz so glänzt. Wir werden nach der anstehenden Renovierung auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

De manager is super vriendelijk! Mooi uitzicht op het balkon. Comfortabele kamer. Personeel ook super vriendelijk. Goed verblijf en zal zeker terugkomen. Warme douche en verwarming!

Wir können die schlechten Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen...wir wurden superfreundlich empfangen und bekamen ein wunderschönes, großes und sauberes Zimmer! Auch hatten wir es kuschelig warm und das Wasser in der Dusche war ebenfalls warm. Das Hotel ist zwar schon älter dennoch roch es angenehm im ganzen Haus. Der Service war erstklassig und das Frühstück lecker, wir bekamen frisch zubereitete Rühreier und knusprige Brötchen! Alles in allem war der Aufenthalt angenehm und die Lage und Aussicht auf die Mosel und Traben-Trarbach perfekt!

Das einzig gute dieser Unterkunft war das Frühstück.

− Es gab kein warmes Wasser. Die Toilettenspülung war defekt.

Der Mann an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich

− Straßenlärm drang ungefiltert ins Zimmer. Es gab morgens kein warmes Wasser, wir konnten also nicht duschen. Die Heizung war wohl komplett ausgefallen. Beim Frühstück waren die aufgebackenen Brötchen sehr hart.
