Alles was uitstekend. Het hotel was prachtig, schoon en rustig. Het personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ook het zwembad, het strand, de kamers en het eten waren heel goed. Ik heb echt genoten van mijn verblijf.

− This hotel is completely overpriced and does not come close to justifying its rates The biggest disappointment was the food, it was genuinely terrible. Although you order your main course from a menu, everything else is brought to your table automatically every day. Unfortunately, these “starters” consisted of countless tiny plates with poor-quality food: wilted vegetables, stale ingredients, and tiny portions that looked like they had been thrown together with no care. One plate would literally have two lettuce leaves and two slices of tomato. The main courses were no better - overcooked pasta, dry meat, shrimp pasta with only two shrimp, and similar dishes. Even the bread tasted like cheap industrial cafeteria bread The staff barely speaks any English, they don’t understand very simple words like “orange juice,” “bread,” “pasta,” or “meat.” My husband is American, and he couldn’t communicate with almost anyone in the hotel. What made it even more frustrating was that instead of asking for clarification, the staff would simply nod, walk away, and either bring the wrong order or not bring anything at all. If you ordered food or drinks on the beach, there was a very good chance they would never arrive. After waiting an hour, you had to go back to the bar yourself to ask where your order was. The beach was another disappointment. There isn’t really a beach, just a pier with a very small area around it where you can swim. If you’re expecting a proper beach vacation, this is definitely not the place. Around our room there was cat waste that remained there from the moment we checked in. During the day and a half that we stayed, nobody cleaned it until we specifically asked. It’s hard to understand how something so obvious could be ignored. In the end, we checked out just one day after arriving because we realized we didn’t want to spend our vacation dealing with all of these issues. This is one of the most disappointing hotels we have ever stayed in.

Enttäuschender Aufenthalt - keine Empfehlung! Das Personal war desinteressiert an nicht türkisch sprechenden Gästen, die Schürzen meist fleckig u dreckig, Verständigung wegen fehlender Englischkenntnisse über google Übersetzer, teils junges u ungeschultes Personal im Service, Teller werden mit einem Servierwagen abgeräumt mit die Essensreste am Tisch in den angehängten Mülleimer gekippt, teils obwohl am Tisch noch gegessen wurde, der Hauptgang wurde serviert und einfach auf noch halbvolle Vorspeisenteller gestellt. Im Resto gibt es kein a la Carte Essen sondern ein festes Menü, die Vorspeisen wurden auf den Tisch gestellt, ob man wollte oder nicht, der Hauptgang kann ausgewählt werden, leider war die Qualität der Speisen mangelhaft, so dass wir die letzten Tage auswärts gegessen haben - Essen lauwarm oder kalt, Eierspeisen kalt, Joghurt auch mal sauer, Obst immer eingetrocknet oder mit Stellen, Brot alt oder bereits abgebrochen im Brotkorb, Tische wurden mit Erfrischungstüchern abgewischt, Wein wurde in Wasser oder Martinigläsern serviert, Aperol Spritz in Sektflöten - alles war ganz weit entfernt von den im Netz gezeigten Bildern, Zimmer und Balkone werden nur oberflächlich gereinigt - gebrauchtes Geschirr steht Tage herum. Barpersonal mehr am Handy als Bestellungen entgegen zu nehmen, man wurde auf sein Insta Account angesprochen oder es wurde unangenehm geflirtet, Poolliegen mit Schimmelflecken u teils mit Rissen, Rezi sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit u professionell.
