9.0Alloggio accogliente e molto pulito. Gli elettrodomestici erano tutti efficienti e funzionanti. La posizione è ottima, comoda per raggiungere i principali punti di interesse e ben servita dai mezzi pubblici.
− Tra gli aspetti meno positivi, segnalo l'assenza di un contatto diretto con un host: sarebbe stato utile potersi rapportare con una persona, anche solo per organizzare l'invio o la ricezione dei bagagli. Inoltre, per raggiungere l'appartamento è necessario salire due rampe di scale, cosa che può risultare scomoda, soprattutto per chi viaggia con valigie pesanti. Infine, le tapparelle non oscurano adeguatamente le finestre, lasciando entrare molta luce già dalle prime ore dell'alba, rendendo difficile riposare più a lungo.

10.0Monolocale ampio, per i parametri Giapponesi, era da 4 noi in 2 con cucina, frigo e microonde, bagno e doccia con 2 letti singoli. Vicino alla metro, 500 metri. Check In automatico con tablet, ben segnalato.
− Il check in è un pochino laborioso, si riesce a farlo da soli ma scansionare il passaporto non è facile, forse una procedura più semplice aiuterebbe
