Lovely location, lovely staff

It was peaceful, clean, and a lovely location overlooking tokushima. The staff were extremely lovely and accommodating. I try my best to talk in Japanese but of course I’m not fluent, but they were so lovely and also tried their best to talk in English. They ordered a taxi for us when we needed it and stored our luggage for the day. They were so helpful and everything went smoothly because of them.

− Sadly our balcony was a little bit obscured by a building underneath but it’s not like we didn’t have a view still.

ご飯が美味しかった。 タオル使い放題だった。 クレカで部屋精算が出来た。

− 廊下や共同トイレの冷房がなかった。 お風呂の体重計が古かった。 カラオケの利用料金が部屋代と１曲200円という設定だった。 浴衣が小さかった。

Friendly staff, nice rooms, nice public bath

− Location is far from Tokushima city. Either you take a taxi to town (takes 20-25 mins, costs about ¥ 2100 per ride) or the cable car, which runs only till 9pm and costs ¥1500 roundtrip (¥900 one way). There is NO private bath or shower. This is not clearly visible on Booking. If you want to just take a shower, you have to go to the public bath.

조식, 석식 모두 부페식으로 진행되며, 음식이 모두 청결하고 맛도 좋았습니다. 호텔이 도쿠시마 시내 전체를 조망할 수 있는 Bizan 산 정상에 위치하여 객실에서 태평양의 일출을 볼 수 있을 정도로 뷰 맛집 호텔로 기억됩니다.

− 객실 내부는 청결하였으나, 호텔이 지어진지 꽤 오래되어 보였으며, 객실 내에 사우나 시설이 없이 대욕장을 사용하여야 하는 불편이 있었습니다.
