館内はとても綺麗で睡眠スペースもすばらしいのですが、お風呂の温度が常に42度設定で、熱すぎてお湯にゆっくり浸かっているお客はおらず、長居できないようになってました。サウナはよかったです。 添え付けのドライヤーが弱すぎて、まったく乾かない（弱風で温度が低い）ため朝の急ぎのときなど大変苦労します。オープンスペースでの充電がさせてもらえないなど、ところどころ意地悪と思えるようなサービス内容だったのが残念です。

駅チカ、サウナ好きには嬉しい。サウナも水風呂もしっかりしておりアメニティも充実。 ちょっとしたお泊りには適しています。

Clean, convenient, comfortable, and quiet (for a capsule hotel). The baths were nice, the restaurant was good, and the staff were helpful. My only complaint is the restaurant, relaxation space, and co-working space close early in the morning for cleaning. It would have been convenient for me, personally, to be able to use those spaces in the morning without being in the way of the staff.

Awesome capsule hotel! The staff were wonderful, great location, fresh towels and yukata daily and bed refreshed too. Onsen was magnificent. Location is amazing with metro line very close. Would 10000% stay again!
