− The room was very small, and the window faced directly onto a wall, making it feel quite claustrophobic. The furnishings and fixtures were outdated, the air conditioner appeared not to have been properly cleaned, and its position was poorly designed. The bed was also very uncomfortable, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

− Rooms are small, even for a business hotel. Could help this by raising the beds to allow for luggage to be stored underneath
