I recommend this hotel due to its perfect location, cleanliness & friendly management.

The location is excellent as it was very near to public transportation. There was a main bus station just infront of the hotel, a tramway station in just a 5 minutes walk & a metro station in less than a 10 minutes walk. There were also many restaurants & supermarkets just a few steps away. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. There was hot water in the shower & the wifi & the air condition were functioning very well. Also, the room was not noisy at all despite the presence of the main bus station just below the hotel. Mr.Timor the Manager was a very friendly & helpful person. He always asked us if we needed anything and was promptly responsive to all our requests. I would like to personally thank him for his hospitality & care.

− Basically there was nothing we disliked. However, to be honest we did not try the breakfast as we preferred to go directly to our sight seeing activities and have a late breakfast in the city.

Nice place and very cooperative staff ,

− We requested for a airport pickup and it was arranged by hotel staff but in arrival there was no one to pick up and we had to arrange a taxi from airport Even it wAs double confirmed by hotel that pick up is confirmed but no one came to receive
