Very poorly maintained property and in our view not fit to be part of ITC brand

− Upkeep and maintenance is very very poor. Initial room allotted was full of dust and they changed and upgraded the room(room no 612). There was water logging issues in both shower and washbasin. Washbasin issue was address but shower area didn't though they said it was done. The key holder of the room was not there and as a result all lights and AC were on when come out of the room. Foot mat was very very shabby.. When we went for the morning breakfast, we found left over items scattered on the floor from previous day as that was not a part of morning buffet. Also I found one of the dining table was supported with while paper as it seems its bottom screw missing. Overall attention to details and cleanliness was totally missing. I our view this property is an insult to ITC brand
