− Hotel gesloten toen we onze bagage wilden ophalen, lift defect,, te weinig personeel ( 1 persoon voor ontbijt en receptie, ze was duidelijk overloaded). Personeel bij vertrek was niet vriendelijk., Men zei gewoon niets.
