6.0Atendimento na Recepção excelente. Segurança excelente. Esse ano o quarto deixou a desejar de quando fomos em 2024. A limpeza deixou muito a desejar esse ano os lençóis e fronhas não eram trocados, apenas “ ajeitado”. A limpeza do chão deixou a desejar. Café da manhã repetia produtos de dias anteriores. Resumindo se essa fosse nossa primeira vez nesse hotel não voltaríamos. Em 2024 tudo excelente Esse ano decaiu muito.

6.0Razoável, principalmente em relação ao custo/benefício. Bom atendimento e quarto de acordo com a expectativa; boa limpeza; bom café da manhã. Razoável área de lazer c/ poucos equipamentos; piscina sem aquecimento e externa; jacuzzi pequena. Faltou luz (gerador não funcionou) e água durante a estadia. TV sem canais abertos
