Hotel incrível. Café da manhã ótimo no restaurante giratório com vista maravilhosa da Serra. Suítes muito bem decoradas e com muito conforto. Atendimento e carinho dos funcionários e profissionalismo. Com certeza voltarei no Natal Luz e recomendo.

Experiência incrível, café da manhã de primeira, quarto espaçoso, banheira deliciosa. Cama king e confortável. Recomendo para todos, só recomendo não tomar água, praticam preços abusivos no frigobar (desnecessário)!

Infelizmente o quarto era mais gelado e o ar não segurava 100%. Além disso ao chegar no quarto tinha uma aranha enorme! O que colocou um pouco de medo. Mais no geral tudo certo, atendimento PERFEITO. Café da manhã maravilhoso.

Parents or a legal guardian traveling with children under 18 years must present the child's birth certificate and an identity card with photo (passport, for example) at the check-in. For international travels to Brazil, if just one of the parents is traveling with the child, she/he must present – in addition to the child's certificate of birth and identity card with photo – a letter authorizing the trip signed by the other parent with a notarial certification of signature. In case the parents or the legal guardian, as applicable, cannot or are unwilling to give this authorization, a judicial authorization is required.
