− - Proprietário demora mais de 1 dia pra responder - Nao tem roupa de cama e é impossível alugar no flat - Funcionários desrespeitosos, pedi mais de 5 vezes pra alugar 2 toalhas e nenhum conseguiu fornecer, a última ainda deu risada de deboche

Os funcionários da recepção são muito prestativos, local familiar. O tamanho do flat para uma família é bom.
− O flat deixou a desejar muito quanto a limpeza, os armários por dentro cheio de sujeira e com muitos insetos na cozinha e banheiro. Os eletrodomésticos disponíveis para o uso estavam também sujos com restos de comida antiga por terem sido mal limpos . Para utilizar as panelas, copos tive que lavar item por item por conta da quantidade de pequenas baratinhas e sujeira no local. Tinha tudo para ser uma excelente estadia se não fosse por esse desconforto.

Ótimo atendimento, limpeza muito boa, melhor flat que já aluguei.
− Elevadores precisa de uma atualização, mesmo com poucas pessoas, ele demora a chegar. Mas tem 4 elevadores em dois setores diferentes. Isso ajudou a lentidão deles.
