Fiz a reserva de uma suíte luxo, com hidro. A hidro não aquece, não tem água quente no chuveiro. Uma viagem que seria para proporcionar um momento agradável, se tornou em pesadelo. Ficamos sem tomar banho pq no chuveiro só água fria, ressalto que estava 13 graus cedo. Fizemos uma crítica na recepção e não tivemos nenhum retorno além de pedir desculpa. Não indico, falta de suporte ao cliente.

Melhor hospedagem em Campos do Jordão

Me hospedei na pousada de 24 a 28 de março e foi, sem dúvida, a melhor escolha que eu poderia ter feito em Campos do Jordão. O lugar é simplesmente lindo, com uma vista incrível e cercado por muito verde. Como fica um pouco mais afastado da Vila Capivari, achei perfeito para quem busca um lugar tranquilo, calmo e longe do agito – o único som que se escuta é o dos pássaros. A pousada é muito limpa, e cada ambiente é pensado nos mínimos detalhes. Tem um gazebo maravilhoso, perfeito para relaxar, além de espreguiçadeiras, redes e um estacionamento amplo, tanto interno (cerca de 8 ou 9 vagas) quanto externo, com câmeras de segurança. Ficamos no quarto número 9, que tem uma varanda espetacular – sério, vale muito a pena escolher um quarto com varanda, porque a vista é de tirar o fôlego! O quarto é amplo, confortável, TV Smart e um banheiro excelente, com o diferencial do piso aquecido, que fez toda a diferença. O café da manhã foi excepcional! A cada dia tinha opções diferentes, tudo delicioso. Além disso, o atendimento foi impecável: todos os funcionários foram muito solícitos, educados e receptivos. Resumindo: valeu cada centavo! Super recomendo para quem quer uma estadia incrível em Campos do Jordão. Com certeza voltarei!

Parents or a legal guardian traveling with children under 18 years must present the child's birth certificate and an identity card with photo (passport, for example) at the check-in.
