9.0Das Hotel liegt dicht an der Yokohama Bahnstation (es gibt eine Fußgängerbrücke von der Station zum Gebäudekomplex). Sehr sauber und gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild, Eingang im 4. Stock des Gebäudes. Gut arbeitende Klimaanlage für Zimmer und Lobby, trotz hoher Außentemperaturen (bis zu 37 grad Celsius).
− Das Hotel ist relativ schlecht ausgeschildert, es gab regelmäßig Kunden, die mit Gepäck das Gebäude (Shopping Mall mit 4-5 Eingängen) umrundet haben, auf der Suche nach einem extra Eingang zum Hotel.

A very comfortable hotel with pleasant staff that spoke good English
8.0Breakfast was basic for Westerners but was pretty OK. Location great, quite close to the main Yokohama station but I could not hear any train noise at all. Lots of restaurants and bars close by. Room very comfortable, overall a pleasant place to stay for the business traveller.
