2.0Had high expectations but I was let down after checking in I immediately noticed the floor was dirty unswept and dusty . I sat on the couch and the smell hit me. The couch reeked. And do I went to reach for a glass it was dirty I reached for another one also dirty. So I walk out side to get some Fresh air and the police sirens and shady characters walking up and down the street I was immediately filled with deep regret for booking this place. Apparently this is a high crime area. Save your money and take the short trip down to Hot Springs.

10.0Quaint little cottage with all the things you need. Breakfast available in the cottage, which was nice. We had just a one night stay but would return.
