Checkin was not good. Gate code didn't work, front door code didn't work, host didn't respond to my calls, had to wait in 100 degree weather for 40 minutes before he finally responded.

Horrible experience.

We walked into the home expecting it to be clean. It was not. Someone had stayed there and they never cleaned it. When I notified the owner he didn’t respond until hotels.com reached out to him. I was then told to give him an hour to make it right in which time he told me everyone was gone so I can stay at the dirty place or leave. He reached out two hours later to be condescending and rude. It was awful. Attached are a few of the stuff around the house.

Great home and location in La Quinta CA

This property was fantastic! It was very clean and comfortable. The beds were great and there were plenty of pillows. The location was extremely close to the festival grounds which was an added bonus. There was garage parking and space for an additional vehicle.
