Great basic hotel especially for hikers, bikers. Plenty of room. Bed was really comfortable.

− You need better signage for checking in. Several guests tried to get in the building but you had to go over to the cafe to get a code card. We only knew that from the previous person who figured it out.

It was obviously new and very clean. It will be nice when they figure it out

− We were traveling across country. Hoped for some WiFi access and quiet night of movies. We didn’t receive WiFi access until several hours after check out the following morning despite contacting hotel in a variety of ways at 8pm. The television wasn’t physically connected to internet and only showed an image of the previous hotel at the premises.

Good but better options exist, especially in a normal week

Great location with friendly staff. Breakfast (not included) was also very good.

− The room itself had seen better days - bathroom door was chipped, both sets of blinds were broken and not great for blocking light regardless and the windows were not good for blocking sound (although little would have reduced the helicopter noise from nearby (hospital?). Also, realize it was a busy weekend in Missoula, but the room was very pricey, especially given the generally "self-service" nature of the hotel.
