This was a super spot for us to stay. Lots of room. Fully equipped and a great location. Communication was excellent. We really enjoyed it. Highly recommend this house if you are staying in the Fairburn area.

Convenient to downtown Fairburn

The house was conveniently located near downtown Fairburn. A group of us used it for accommodations during a nearby horse show. The house was clean and adequately stocked. There is a washer and dryer present with detergent available. The washer can get stuck and not rinse and spin the clothes, so it took a couple cycles to get one wash completed. I would recommend bringing your own pillow as the only pillows provided on the beds were decorative with shams and not the most comfortable. There were no extra pillows in the house. The air conditioner does a very poor job to cool the upstairs portion of the house where the bedrooms are located. The basement (where the thermostat is located) would be cold (68*) and the upstairs would be an easy 10+ Degrees warmer. So, that made for warm sleeping conditions in all three bedrooms, even with the bedroom doors left open. Overall, it met our needs for the weekend.
