− I reserved November 2025 and was never notified my reservation was cancel until I arrived at the property
I cut my trip short due to the condition of the room
1.0The rate was reasonable especially for as close as it was to the stadium
− The pool was closed and the water was green and it was trash in it. The room the floors were torn and the bath tub had stains in it. The toilet was barely flushing. Plug outlet had wires exposed
This place should be condemned! I feel bad for Rosa who worked so hard to make right what booking.completely screwed up,

− A/C didn’t work, room was dirty, bedding was not clean, floors were filthy, towels were paper thin or just worn out…… I could go on for hours

Need compensation for my stress level being so high for a trip and not have a room available
1.0Property was horrible and my stay had gotten canceled without notice
− It was a run down place and they were charging over 600 dollars per room. They had rooms available for 600 but my stay was canceled had to sleep in my truck because no hotels were available
