Poor staff manners / attitude at the reception , no acoustic insulation between rooms ...
5.0TV and other Sounds from neighboring rooms disturb sleep . Staff at reception are not friendly or supportive - rather casual or indifferent to requests
− At Check in staff asked my name three times despite pre booking at Booking.com , when I extended the room - staff was aggressivly persuing me to check out despite my going to reception and informing that I have extended my stay - they said Ok and then at 11 , they staarted chasing me to check out - I had to come down to reception - tried hard to tell them that I have extended my stay and already paid for it - Gentleman at the receptionsaid my name is wrongly entered as Shailndra kumar ?????? kind of crazy ... after about 30 minutes of unpleasent and unwelcome discussions another staff came and he rechecked and found my booking ....
