The house was lovely, and a great size for the family. The kitchen was great and well equipped and the hot tub was a treat

− There were a few hiccups at the beginning but Rachel was at the other end of the phone and sorted things quickly.

The house was beautiful and very clean and tidy, Great location for access to Edinburgh. The host was really helpful and on the other end of the phone if needed. I would highly recommend!! We had a great time staying at the property.

Lovely but needs some attention to details.

We had a lovely stay here for Edinburgh marathon - the property is right on the route so for future guests this weekend be warned you cannot get the cars out of the drive on race day and you also struggle to get across the race route on foot! It backs on to the golf course and race course with lovely walks.

− The property is newly built so as you would expect it’s all clean and fresh but there are a few snagging issues which need to be addressed like the master bedroom and en suite doors not closing properly. No proper extractor fan in the kitchen so I wouldn’t want to cook anything too smelly! Also the kitchen has quite limited numbers of crockery and cutlery - the dishwasher was hardly used as a result and a bit pointless! I don’t think only 1 mug provided per guest is sufficient when paying this amount for example. The variety of pots/pans could be better, also didn’t find any trivets for hot pans. Hopefully these comments are taken on board and addressed for future guests as it really good be a great property!
