Unless you like sharing your room with a family of spiders, I'd look elsewhere.
3.0The village and location was excellent...essentially what looked like converted farm buildings. Sadly, I don't share the positive experiences of others about this establishment.
− On arrival I discovered the room was infested with cellar spiders. They were in every corner of the main room, bathroom and wardrobe...there was even one in my bag when I got home. There were cobwebs on the walls and the room had clearly not been properly cleaned for some time...despite the owner telling me it had been cleaned two days earlier. I must have removed at least a dozen of the long legged cellar spiders. When I moved the table lamp I discovered it had an old style illegal uninsulated plug, with the wires hanging out of it.

Lovely quiet and peaceful place to relax , two very friendly dogs so my daughter could play with them and very friendly

10.0Lovely peaceful location. The accommodation was amazing , beutifully presented, and really comfortable. Outdoor courtyard a great place to relax and the super friendly dogs that came to say hi were a bonus. Ethel was a great host. Definitely staying again!

Excellent accommodation, welcoming for motorcyclists
10.0Second time that I’ve stayed at Vale Farm. A warm welcome again from Ethel who also provided fresh milk daily. Clean, comfortable and ideal for motorcyclists. Great to be able to park up right outside my window.

− The room is quite small; this was fine for me, as I was travelling alone, but I'd have found it too crowded for two.
