Dom położony jest ok. 2 km na południe od parku zdrojowego w Dusznikach, na terenie dawnej osady Podgórze. Specjalnie wybrałem lokalizację na uboczu, by było cicho i spokojnie. I tak było. Trzeba jednak wziąć pod uwagę, że taka lokalizacja sprawdza się głównie, gdy dysponujemy samochodem. W pobliżu fajna karczma po "kuchennych rewolucjach". Gospodarze domu są ok, nie narzucają się, widziałem gospodarza jeden raz, gdy przyjechaliśmy. Pokój jest w porządku, przestronny, z dużą łazienką. Ma wprawdzie tylko jedno okno dachowe, ale nie jest ciemny. Podczas naszego pobytu nie było upałów, podczas upałów przypuszczam, że może być gorąco, pokój na poddaszu. Kuchnia jest na korytarzu pięta, wspólna dla kilku pokoi. Akurat nikogo oprócz nas nie było. Są 2 lodówki, mikrofala, czajnik, toster, płyta grzewcza, zlew, blat. Wyposażenie trochę "od sasa do lasa", ale wszystko co trzeba: talerze, sztućce, garnki, patelnia, kubki. Niektore z naczyń/sztućców wyjętych z szafki/szuflady były nieco niedomyte - pewnie poprzedni goście ich nie domyli, ale gospodarze najwyraźniej nie sprawdzili. Jest gdzie zaparkować samochód, podjazd pod dom stromy, ale w lecie nie ma problemu. TV jest (ważne, bo był mundial ;-) ), może nie największy, ale wystarczający. Wifi działa bardzo dobrze, także do streamingu (ważne, bo w okolicy trudno o zasięg). Na tyłach ogrodu ogródek i taras, nie korzystaliśmy, ale pewnie można. Generalnie wszystko ok i nie przesadzona cena.

Polecamy to miejsce okolica cicha lekko na uboczu. Pokoje czyste, personel mily i pomocny. Dom z ogrodem gdzie można posiedzieć rozpalić ognisko. Obok jest restauracja, która należy do właściciela i tam można wykupić opcję ze śniadaniem oraz obiad , który polecam. Był bardzo dobry. Miejsce jak najbardziej polecam.

Dobra lokalizacja, 15 min do stoku, jest wszystko co potrzeba.

− Martwe muchy na parapetach, widać że apartament był być może posprzątany ale już dawno. Czuć mocno zapach kanalizacji w łazience.
