2.0The only positive aspects were the free Wi-Fi and the bathroom, which was actually very pleasant. It was bright and clean, equipped with a walk-in shower, fresh towels, a large sink with a mirror, a hairdryer, and even a bidet.
− First impressions were terrible right upon arrival, starting with the owner himself. He was on the phone and completely ignored us at first. The only things he bothered to say were that we had to pay a tourist tax and that using the air conditioning would cost an extra €20. The staff clearly hadn't been informed about our stay, to the point where someone tried to enter our room. Luckily, we had locked the door from the inside, so they couldn't burst in. The issues kept piling up. The mini-fridge in the room wasn't working, and one of the electrical outlets gave a slight shock when plugging in a charger. The room decor was quite odd as well—the walls were painted dark green halfway up, and striped white and green from there to the ceiling. The balcony door was very unstable; the mechanism seemed broken, so instead of opening normally, it tilted sideways and upwards at the same time. On top of that, the balcony was shared with two or more other rooms rather than being private. Our designated space had only one chair and one table, despite the room being set up with two beds for two guests. To top it all off, that single chair was in appalling condition, with a hole right in the middle.

8.0Możliwość łatwego dojazdu z centrum Bergamo komunikacją miejską. Dogodne choć nie idealne położenie względem lotniska. Ładna duża łazienka z nowym wyposażeniem. Wygodne czyste łóżka.
− Dodatkowo płatna klimatyzacja, chociaż cena 5 euro za dobę jest przystępna. Dość dziwna organizacja recepcji i ogólnie funkcjonowania obiektu. Taras, który mógłby być prawdziwym atutem pokoi jak i całego obiektu a straszy połamanymi meblami i niezamiecionym igliwiem .
