8.0The breakfast was phenomenal. Nice local things to do like Leeds Castle & nice seating area outside room for hot days.
− Pub closed quite early & cleanliness of room could be slightly higher. Things under the bed and toilet paper in corner of bathroom.

8.0Friendly people and a really good breakfast. Room was clean and tidy with everything you need and plenty of parking for the car. Perfect for our short 2 day stay.
− Mattress was a bit soft for us and the room was quite warm even with the fans on. The weather was to be fair was very warm too but it was warmer in the room at night than outside even with the window open. The outside was a bit scruffy although adequate, but the room was very good for the price.

10.0The room was spotless and well stocked with tea and coffee. Everything was supplied and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were very pleasent and accommodating. We ate in the restaurant and the food was delicious and plentiful. Breakfast was the perfect setup for the day ahead. The customers were very friendly which made a lovely atmosphere.
