Очень классный хостел. Тихо, комфортно, чисто. Кондей современный, новый, работает очень тихо и сильно. Ванная комната чистая, со всем необходимым. Вообще никаких претензий Организовали трансфер, встретили у выхода с рейса четко. Общение с владельцем также рекомендую, подскажут что-то, если требуется. Настоятельно рекомендую.

− Мало свободных мест, не получилось арендовать такое классное место на весь срок пребывания.

Прекрасный дом с бассейном ! Уютные чистые комнаты, сервис на уровне хорошего отеля, предоставляются гигиенические принадлежности. Завтрак/ обед/ужин по желанию за небольшую доплату, прекрасная домашняя кухня. Хозяин Григорий встречает/провожает из аэропорта . Отличное расположение, недалеко от хороших кафе и достопримечательностей. Всё прекрасно, остановимся там ещё!

− Wir hatten 2 Zimmer mit Bad gebucht. Allerdings hatte nur ein Zimmer ein eigenes Bad, das Bad des zweiten Zimmers war auf dem Gang und wurde am Abend auch von anderen Personen benutzt. Die Handtücher waren von schlechtester Qualität und fast nicht verwendbar. Entgegen den Angaben (mit Fotos) in Booking gab es kein Frühstück. In der näheren Umgebung gab es keine Bars, die um 8:00 Frühstück anboten.

Все отлично, приехали поздно ночью, хозяин все показал, был внимателен, ответил сразу на телефон. Отличное место, чтобы провести время между рейсами или просто пожить в Эчмиадзине! Любим этот город!

Casa compartida con familia

Se trata de la casa de una familia, por lo que los espacios comunes son compartidos con ellos. Los colchones y almohadas fueron muy cómodos y el alojamiento en general estaba muy limpio. La zona de piscina está muy bien, aunque la piscina no tiene escaleras y para entrar y salir no es lo más fácil. Puedes ir caminando a la zona turística y el dueño nos dejó dejar el coche en su parking todo el tiempo que quisimos.

− Hay varias cosas que no nos gustaron: -Al dejar el coche en el parking, mi pareja al salir del coche se dio en la cabeza con un tendedero metálico que había abierto en la pared (y que estaba vacío). Se hizo bastante daño, incluso una herida, pero no notamos ninguna preocupación por parte del dueño. En ningún momento preguntó si estaba bien o no, solo se limitó a cerrar el tendedero. -Nos dieron una habitación la inicio en cuya cama no se podía dormir. Aparte de que el colchón se hundía muchísimo, estaba totalmente inclinado (tenías que dormir con la cabeza mucho más baja que los pies). Lo comentamos y nos dieron otra habitación, en este caso los colchones eran nuevos y estaban muy bien. -Toda la comunicación la tuvimos con el dueño, pero nos encontramos varias veces a su mujer en la casa y hasta le costaba saludar, parecía que molestábamos allí. -El armario de la habitación no estaba atornillado a la pared y se movía mucho cada vez que lo abrías, con el peligro de que te pueda caer encima.
